  • 18 Fresh Figs
  • 1 5.2oz Boursin Garlic and Herb Gournay Cheese
  • 1 12 oz package Thin-cut Bacon


  • Wash and cut figs in 1/2 lengthwise
  • Add ½ tsp of Boursin cheese to the top of each fig
  • Use ½ piece of bacon to wrap each fig (⅓ of a piece may work depending on the fig size) Overlap the ends at the back of the fig, and use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place
  • Roast at 400 degrees for approximately 22 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked
  • Place each roasted fig on a paper towel to drain
  • Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy


Buy thin-cut bacon for this recipe- It wraps better

Make sure the bacon is crispy before taking this app out of the oven

Be sure to set on a pepper towel before serving to allow any fats from the bacon to drain

I have rewarmed these the next day- still so good
