Easy Cinnamon rolls with Biscoff Cookie Butter.

How great to get up in the morning and have homemade hot-out-of-the-oven Cinnamon rolls in 30 minutes?  These golden brown breakfast rolls are light and flakey, filled with gooey Biscoff cookie butter spread, and then topped with icing and crushed pecans!  There is no kneading – only NEEDING!  OMG (You know what I mean).

8. Kissing can make your skin glow   Kissing increases blood flow to your facial muscles and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.  This could be the secret and salacious fountain of youth?

Equipment

• Parchment Paper
• Baking sheet or dish

Materials

• 1 sheet puff pastry Take from the refrigerator and let the pastry get closer to room temperature
• 5 oz Biscoff cookie butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 4 tbsp butter room temperature
• 2 tbsp milk
• 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
• ¼ cup Crushed Pecans

Instructions

Making the rolls

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Line Baking pan with Parchment paper
• Lay out 1 sheet of puff pastry
• Slather top of sheet with Biscoff cookie butter
• Roll the pastry sheet tightly
• Slice into 6 even rounds and place on baking sheet
• Bake the rolls for 20-23 minutes until golden brown

Making the Frosting or icing

• With a hand or stand mixer, mix the sugar, cream cheese, butter, and milk pudding-like consistency
• Frost, or Drizzle on top of rolls
• Place the rolls on a serving platter
• Enjoy

• If you prefer, ground pecans can be spread on top of the cookie butter
• These rolls are best served right out of the oven.
