- 1 bag Fresh Pita bread
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Minced Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare a baking tray with cooking spray
- Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 wedges
- Brush each wedge with olive oil
- Use a butter knife to spread a small amount of garlic on each wedge
- Add light salt and pepper to each wedge
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until crispy
