Turn off the heat and let the chilis infuse into the honey.  Use a fine mesh sieve to strain your honey, and put into a jar or storage container.

Equipment

Materials

  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Completely thawed
  • 4 oz Goat cheese
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 4-5 Pears Washed and thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Mike's Hot Honey

Instructions

  • Roll out your pastry sheets onto a large cutting board
  • Spread goat cheese evenly across the surface of the puff pastry
  • Sprinkle Rosemary and Cracked Pepper across the goat cheese
  • Layer thin pear slices across the pastry (on top of the goat cheese)
  • Lightly salt
  • Cut each sheet into 9 3x3 squares for a total of 18 pastry squares and place on Parchment lined Baking sheets
  • Drizzle each pastry with Hot honey
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Serve
