Equipment

Materials

  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Completely thawed
  • 4 oz Goat cheese or Boursin cheese
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 4-5 Pears Washed and thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Mike's Hot Honey
  • 1 Egg- mixed

Instructions

  • Unfold one package of puff pastry, and lay it flat on a cutting board
  • Cut the pastry sheet vertically down the middle, and then cutn horizontally into thirds. You will have a total of 6 pastry squares and place on Parchment lined Baking sheets
  • Spread goat cheese, or Boursin evenly across the middle surface of the puff pastry- leaving 'picture frame edges untouched
  • Sprinkle Rosemary and Cracked Pepper across the goat cheese
  • Layer thin pear slices across the pastry (on top of the goat cheese)
  • Lightly salt
  • Use egg wash to brush the outside edges of the pastry
  • Drizzle each pastry with Hot honey
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Serve
