Completely thawed

Goat cheese
Fresh ground pepper

sprigs
Rosemary

Pears
Washed and thinly sliced
Salt
Mike's Hot Honey
Instructions
Roll out your pastry sheets onto a large cutting board
Spread goat cheese evenly across the surface of the puff pastry
Sprinkle Rosemary and Cracked Pepper across the goat cheese
Layer thin pear slices across the pastry (on top of the goat cheese)
Lightly salt
Cut each sheet into 9 3x3 squares for a total of 18 pastry squares and place on Parchment lined Baking sheets
Drizzle each pastry with Hot honey
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve
