Materials
120 oz can Crushed and drained pineapple
⅓cupCream of Coconut(Coco Real brand)
1TbspVanilla
2ozCoconut Rum
Instructions
Drain 1 can of crushed pineapple- and press the juice out-
Add Pineapple, Cream of Coconut, and Vanilla to a medium bowl
Mix with hand mixer or immersion blender to achieve a consistent smooth blend
Transfer to the Ninja pint, and freeze for 24 hours
Remove the pint from the freezer and add 2 ounces of Coconut Rum
Turn the Ninja Creami machine on
Place the pint in the outer bowl with the paddle lid, and place into the Ninja Creami machine. Twist the bowl into the locked position- and press the 'Sorbet' button
