Tomato Salsa- Medium heat

Petite Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz can)

Tomato Paste (6 oz can)

Instructions
Finely dice the Pablano Pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes in a large skillet over medium heat on your stovetop.
Add your fresh Chorizo sausage (without casings) and brown.
Stir continually, and use a Bench scraper or spatula to break up the sausage
Drain the grease from the Cooked Chorizo mixture
Add Tomato salsa, Diced tomatoes, and Tomato Paste
Add Salt and Pepper, and stir
Serve Warm
