½cupOrange Juice
1cupBrown Sugar
½tspGround Cinnamon
¼tspGround Allspice
¼tspGround Nutmeg
⅛tspGround Cloves
1TbspLemon juice
4cupsFresh Cranberry
Zest from 1 Orange
⅔CupBlackberry Brandy
Instructions
Combine Orange juice, Brown sugar, and Spices. Stir and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 3 more minutes
Bring the heat back up to medium high, and add the fresh cranberries. Boil the cranberries until they pop, and the mixture thickens to a jelly-like consistency
Once the cranberries thicken, turn off the heat. Stir in the Orange zest, Lemon juice and the Blackberry Brandy. Let cool.
