Materials
3cupsMilk Chocolate chips
14ozSweetened Condensed milk
3TbspButter
½tspSalt
2tspVanilla
10Biscoff Cookies (chunked into small pieces)Set aside 1 choppedcookie for the topping
1½Mini MarshmallowsSet aside a handful of marshmallows for the topping
¾cupPecans (Coarsely Chopped)Set aside 6-8 Chopped Pecans for the topping
Instructions
Prepare your baking pan
Spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray
Lay Parchment paper into the baking pan (it should stick nicely)
Make slits in the parchment paper at the corners- so the paper forms a nice box shape
Making Fudge
Coarsely Chop Cookies, and Pecans -set aside
Combine Chocolate chips, Sweetened Condensed milk, and Butter into a microwaveable mixing bowl
Put the bowl into the microwave for 90 seconds
Remove bowl and stir with a spatula
Return the bowl to the microwave for another 45 seconds, and stir again until all the ingredients are melted and well mixed
Add Salt, Vanilla, and Pecans- stir
Wait 3-5 minutes for the fudge to cool
Add cookie pieces and marshmallows- stir
Add the fudge to prepared baking dish
Top with additional mini marshmallows, pecans, and cookie pieces
Sprinkle a light dusting of kosher salt on top
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Parchment paper box should provide an easy and clean way to remove the fudge from the baking pan. Cut into squares
