Instructions
Pimento Cheese Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the hot sauce
Beat mixture together in a hand mixer (stand mixer or by hand with a STURDY wooden spoon). Beat until everything is thoroughly combined
Taste your Pimento cheese dip. Add more black pepper and hot sauce to your taste. Blend again.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve Spicy Pimento cheese with veggies, crackers, pita chips, or steak bites.
Notes
I used roasted red peppers instead of pimentos only because I couldn't find pimentos! The flavor is the same, and used a food processor to chop them into the proper size. (Pulse only)You can store the cheese dip in the fridge for 7-10 days.
