BBQ Dry Rub
like John Henry East Texas Rub
Instructions
Set smoker at no more than 350 degrees or set airfryer at 375 degrees
Pat dry the pickle spears
Wrap pickles with bacon
Sprinkle BBQ Rub to completely cover each pickle.
Smoke for approximately 40 mins or until the bacon is cooked.
If airfrying, check at 20 mins for bacon done-ness.
Notes
Added some apple wood to smoker for a nice complimentary flavor to the smoke.
