Ricotta cheese

Instructions
Garnish the Rims
Dry 4 Maraschino cherries and chop finely
Chop the Pistachios, and chocolate chips, and mix- set aside
Melt your chocolate for 45 seconds in the microwave. Stir and heat another 15 seconds. Stir again
Use a pastry brush to paint the chocolate on the outside of the rim. Paint a thin line- but apply thickly all around the glass
Use a butter knife to press the Chocolate, nut and cherry mixture into the rim of chocolate -all around the glass
Store in the refrigerator until your are ready to use
Mix your cocktail
Measure your Whipped Cream vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Creme de Cacao in a Cocktail shaker with ice
Add Whipping cream, Ricotta, and a dash of Cinnamon
Shake vigorously and strain into your prepared and beautifully rimmed glasses
Serve and enjoy your Christmas Martini
