The Jiggle part

Unflavored Gelatin powder (approx 3 ¼ teaspoons)

Vanilla bean, cut lengthways and scraped
Garnish

Mint leaves

Instructions
Prepare the Jiggle
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin and water, and allow to moisten for 3-5 minutes
Prepare Cream Mixture
Mix Heavy cream, Sugar, and Vanilla Bean scrapings in a medium pot
Simmer this mixture over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly
Take off of the heat and continue stirring for 1 minute
Add the Jiggle, and stir to dissolve the clumpy mixture
Pour mixture into 6-8 glass ramekins or silicone cups
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours
Garnish when cool
If using the ramekins, garnish with a mint leaf, raspberries, and blueberries
If using silicone cups, the angled sides allow you to flip the dessert onto a dessert plate and garnish with mint and berries
