Yellow Cake Mix and ingredients required on the box
Pineapple

fresh crushed Pineapple

Malibu Coconut Rum
Pudding Mix

Vanilla Jello Pudding

Whipped Dairy Topping (16 oz)
Sweetened Coconut flakes (toasted for 4 minutes)
Instructions
Start with clear bowls, or glasses - Parfaits should be pretty
Bake cake and let it cool
Prepare Vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup less milk than the pudding recipe calls for - refrigerate
Soak Crushed Pineapple in Malibu Rum
Assemble Parfait
Place a small cake square in the bottom of the glass
Let fluid drain from the pineapple and layer rum-soaked pineapple on the cake layer
Add 1-2 teaspoons of chilled vanilla pudding
Add a layer of whipped dairy topping
Add a thin coat of toasted Coconut
Add the next layer of cake, then pineapple, and pudding- refrigerate
Just before serving, top with whipping cream and Toasted Coconut
Garnish with a small piece of pineapple on top
