Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce, Original

Poblano Pepper
(Finely Diced)

Pepper Jack Cheese
(Thin slices)

Fresh Pineapple
(crushed and drained)
Instructions
Prepare Chorizo
Fry fresh Chorizo- breaking it down to crumbles
Drain Chorizo in a metal strainer, or on a paper towel, and wipe the pan of grease residue
Return the Chorizo to pan and add finely diced Poblano pepper
Saute for 3 minutes
Add 4-6 ounces of Manwich sauce- until meat is nicely covered
Saute a few more minutes until the mixture is well combined and cooked through
Keep warm on low heat or in a crockpot
Prepare the Rolls
Cut rolls in 1/2 so you have a top and bottom (like a hamburger bun)
Butter, and face the bread butter side down in the pan to toast
Prepare Toppings
Cut Pepper Jack Cheese into thin slices
Cut and crush fresh pineapple- drain
Assembler your Sloppy Ho's
Place toasted Hawaiian Roll bun-bottom on a plate
Add a large spoonful of Chorizo mixture on top of the bottom bun
Top the Chorizo mixture with a thin slice of Pepper Jack
Add ½ teaspoon of crushed/drained Pineapple on top of the cheese
Add Hawaiian roll bun-top and your slider is complete
