Bacon Fig and Boursin Appetizer

  • When you make bacon wrapped figs, use fresh figs in this recipe. These figs are stuffed and wrapped to showcase a sweet and salty flavor combination.
  • Buy thin-cut bacon strips for this recipe- It wraps better
  • Make sure the bacon is crispy before taking this app out of the oven
  • Be sure to set on a paper towel before serving to allow any saturated fats from the bacon to drain
  • Amp up your Figs and Bacon appetizer by drizzling a little Balsamic glaze over each.
  • Delicious on a charcuterie tray – perfect for your next party/ holiday party
  • I like to serve these delicious figs right out of the oven.
  • I have re-warmed these the next day- still so good
  • You will definitely DIG the FIG

I had a party today and knew I’d have next to no time to cook a dish the day of. Last night I assembled the bacon, fig, and boursin and waiting until the first guest arrived to put these in the oven. Followed the cooking instructions and they came out beautifully! The only negative is that I was looking forward to the leftovers and of course… there were none. 🙂
