What else can give me a

strong start to 2024?

Here are 5 Simple Challenges

that can make a difference

1. Get moving

Set a regular routine for yourself to add more activity to your day.  More walking, and more exercise leads to better weight management, better muscle tone, and more endorphins.

An exercise class or sport can add new friendships, new routines- and possibly a new fun factor to 2024

2. Get Better Sleep

Our bodies like routines.  Be thoughtful about calming activities before bed, and target wake up times to start your day.  This is your reset button.   Good sleep helps you stay healthy, think better and look younger!

3.  Reduce sugar

Cutting sugars can help you keep your glucose low, and lower risks for diabetes.  Read your labels- and try to eat-in more.  Restaurants often use more sugar than you would use at home.

4.   Get a good check-up

Regular health checks can help you to reduce your risks, and identify potential problems early.  Solving the little problems may even help you be more effective with the other challenges on this list.

5.  Reduce stress.

Embrace and be grateful for the positives in your life.

Stress can be the cause of aches and pains, insomnia, low energy, low focus, and changes in social behavior.

Make a list of the biggest stressers in your life.  What can you reduce or eliminate?

Find the joy and live your best life.
