2ouncesBlack Raspberry Liqueur (+ more to rim glasses)Chambord
1tspInstant Espresso PowderPrepared with 6 oz boiling water and chilled
¼cupChocolate WafersCrushed
Instructions
Prepare instant expresso and refrigerate to chill
Put chocolate wafers in a sandwich bag, seal, and pound with a potato masher or rolling pin to crush into crumbs. (Do not over crush to a powder consistency.)
Pour a thin layer of Chambord onto a plate, and chocolate wafer crumbs onto another. Dip the rim of chilled martini glasses into Chambord then crumbs to coat the rim.
Add Dark Chocolate Liqueur, Vodka, and Chambord into a shaker. Shake vigorously, add 2-4 Tablespoons of Chilled Espresso (to taste,) and shake again. Pour evenly into prepared martini glasses and enjoy.
